    @udemsar Yes, I know and it's good that the rules are applied to revisions as well, even if it's really causing me headaches right now. Double-blind with source code submission is really hard if the rule wasn't in effect / taken into account from the very beginning.

      @udemsar It will be interesting to see if IJGIS will end up with all the "theoretical framework for ..." papers instead of new methods papers from now on if authors optimize for ease of submission and other journals don't adopt these rules soon as well.
