@MapScaping @aseidman @Hivemapper Of course "Nobody ever got fired for buying IBM" (insert GIS equivalent here). However, mature open source projects have commercial support providers that actually enable users to influence software development much more directly than with single-vendor proprietary tools.Permalink On twitter.com
