        @udemsar If you want/need to ensure that everyone uses the exact same system, @osgeolive would be one solution: live.osgeo.org/en/index.html It's commonly used for conference workshops where there's no time to debug different installs.

      @udemsar @osgeolive There are also some companies offering cloud-hosted QGIS Desktop, e.g. digitalmarketplace.service.gov.uk/g-cloud/services/972602085742590 but I've never tried those

    @udemsar @osgeolive However, cloud providers probably go with LTR versions and those change once a year. That might include GUI changes.
