      1. I've found three #Python libraries that are similar to #MovingPandas so far. Interestingly, they all use #Folium instead of @HoloViews #GeoViews for plotting. Two out of three build on @pandas_dev but not @geopandas github.com/anitagraser/movingpandas/blob/master/README.md#related-python-packages

      Maybe python for geospatial is niche but it seems to me that computer scientists like to reinvent the wheel. #notallcs
